Overview
This article explains how to troubleshoot issues with WafCharm accounts such as changing passwords.
I forgot my password
If you forgot your password and cannot sign in, please follow the steps below to reset your password.
- Open the WafCharm Console sign-in page.
- Click the [Forgot password?] link at the bottom of the page.
- Enter your email address.
- After the message [We have sent you a password reset URL.] is shown on the page, check your inbox for the password reset email.
- Click the [Change my password] link on the [WafCharm reset password user] email.
- Enter a new password in the [Password] field and the [Password Confirmation] field and click the [Reset Password] button.
- Use the new password to sign in from the sign-in page.
I haven't received the confirmation email after signing up
You will be receiving a confirmation email after you have signed up. If you haven't received the email, please try re-sending it using the steps below.
- Open the WafCharm Console sign-in page.
- Click the [Your confirmation email was undelivered?] link at the bottom of the page.
- Enter your email address.
- Click the [Send] button.
- After the message [Confirmation email has been resent] is shown at the bottom right corner, check your inbox for the confirmation email.
- Click the [Confirmation sign up] link in the email with the title [Email address confirmation email].
- Click the [Sign in] button on the [Email address verification complete] page.
- Sign in with the registered email address and password.
If you enter an email address that has been confirmed, you will see an error message that says "Incorrect email address."
If you see the error message, the confirmation step has been completed, and the confirmation email cannot be resent. Please try logging in with the same email address.
If you forgot your password, please see the [I forgot my password] section to reset your password and try logging in again.
I haven't received the confirmation email after changing my email address
If you change your account's email address from the account page but have not received the confirmation email yet, please resend the email using the steps below.
- Sign in to the WafCharm Console with the previous email address.
- Click your name in the top right corner and click [Account].
- Click the [Edit] button in the [Account Information] section.
- Enter the new email address you want to use in the [Email] field again.
- Click the [Confirm] button.
- Check the information in the pop-up and click the [Save] button.
- After the message [Your Account has been updated.] is shown at the bottom right corner, check your inbox for the confirmation email.
- Click the [Confirmation change email] link in the email with the title [Change email address confirmation].
- Click the [Go to top page] button on the [Mail confirmation has been successfully completed.] page.
- Sign in with the new email address and password.
Your email address will not be changed until you click on the [Confirmation change email] link in the confirmation email. Until the confirmation is complete, you can use the previous email address to sign in to the WafCharm Console.
