Overview

Payment information can be registered and updated from the account page. The procedure is the same for both new and old plans and platforms.

Please note that if you have subscribed via AWS Marketplace, your payment and plan information will be managed by AWS. To change your payment information or subscribed plan, please refer to the official AWS documentation.

Credit Card

• Credit card number
• Expiration date
• CVV (security code)

How to update the payment information

1. Sign in to WafCharm console.
2. Click on the user name in the upper right corner of the screen.
3. Click [Account].
4. Click [Update payment information].
5. Select your choice of payment method from the [Payment Method] pull-down menu.
6. Enter the payment information.
7. Click [Save].

Notes

• Payment information cannot be updated between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm on the 1st of every month (JST).
