Overview

The procedure for deleting a WafCharm account depends on its role. Please check the role of the account you want to delete and see the procedures below.

To delete an owner role account

This is equivalent to unsubscribing from WafCharm. Please send a request to cancel your subscription via the contact form with the email address of the account you want to delete.

To delete a member role account

Please follow the steps below using an account with member account operation permission.

1. Sign in to the WafCharm console.
2. Click on the user name in the upper right corner of the screen.
3. Click the [Member Setting] button.
4. Click on the row of the account you want to delete.
5. Scroll the detail pane and click the [Delete] button.
6. Click the [Delete] button.
7. Click [Delete] on the delete resource pop-up.

Notes

• Member accounts with the Manager role have permission to manage member accounts, but you cannot delete your own account. To delete your own Manager account, please use an Owner account. However, it is possible to delete other Manager accounts.
